What should we pay attention to during typhoon
 Hits:1197 AddTime:2019-10-26 15:10:10
It's coming. It's coming,
Strong typhoon "lichma" with magnitude 17,
With the wind and the rain,
It's really coming!
The Central Meteorological Station issued the first typhoon red warning this year,
This is the highest level of Typhoon Warning!
Here is a reminder:
Pay attention to safety!
According to the real-time typhoon track, at 7:00 on August 9, the wind force of "lichma" was 17, and it was expected to move to the northwest at the speed of about 20 km / h, about 305 km southeast of Wenling City, Zhejiang Province. The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a red warning for typhoon, and "lichma" will land in the coastal areas from Xiangshan to Cangnan in Zhejiang Province in the early morning or morning of the 10th; it is most likely to land in Taizhou to Yueqing, Zhejiang Province.
As you can see from the weather map,
"Lichma" with high sea temperature, plenty of water vapor and enough energy
It's definitely a tough character,
We should remember to prevent typhoon and "lichma".
Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai are about to meet the storm,
What should we do?
How to deal with typhoon?
Before the typhoon comes:
1. Pay attention to the reports of typhoon by relevant media, keep abreast of the latest situation of typhoon, pay close attention to the trend of typhoon, understand the safe evacuation route and the disaster shelter provided by the government.
2. Typhoon may cause water and power failure, so it is necessary to reserve daily necessities in time. Prepare flashlights, food, drinking water and common drugs in advance, check whether the doors and windows are firm, remove the suspended objects and falling objects, and check the circuit and gas.
3. Close the doors and windows at home, check and reinforce the flowerpots and awnings placed on the balcony to prevent them from being blown off by the wind.
4. Dredge the water discharge and drainage facilities to keep them unblocked.
5. Reinforce the parts of the house that need to be strengthened in time to prevent the house from collapsing and injuring people.
When the typhoon comes:
1. When the typhoon comes, try to reduce going out to ensure that the elderly and children stay in the safest place in the home.
2. Close the doors and windows to avoid being blown open by the strong wind. Check and fasten the objects that are easy to be blown by the wind, such as windows. If the glass is loose or cracked, please stick adhesive tape on the glass to avoid the fragments scattered after blowing. Don't stay near glass doors and windows.
3. Do not take shelter from the wind and rain in dangerous old houses, sheds, temporary buildings, projects under construction, municipal public facilities (such as street lamps), cranes, construction elevators, scaffolds, poles, trees, billboards, iron towers, etc.
4. When you see the wire on the road is blown off and dropped on the ground, do not touch it with your hands or body. Water is easy to conduct electricity.
5. In case of strong wind and rainstorm, it is better to slow down and closely observe the surrounding conditions. If you feel out of control of the vehicle, you should immediately find a safe place to stop. When parking, pay close attention to the left, right and top of the car for things that may fall or fall. If there is water in the whole section of the road, careful consideration should be given to whether to wade. If the accumulated water is more than half of the tire, it is not allowed to wade.
6. Don't climb on the roof and build a canopy in the rain, because the strong wind may bring more terrible danger than the house leaking at any time.
7. When vulnerable groups, such as the elderly, the disabled and the sick at home, who are left unattended, are in urgent need of help due to the typhoon, they should seek help from the local government, communities, villages, medical aid agencies and civil affairs departments.
Driving in typhoon weather:
1. Before driving, understand the trend of strong wind and check the condition of the car. Mainly check whether the windows and skylights are tightly closed, whether the sealing parts of the windows are aged, cracked, degummed and dropped, and whether the air conditioner has closed the external circulation. Otherwise, it will give the dust gravel a chance to enter the interior of the car.
2. In the process of driving, the wind will affect the vehicle body running track, other obstacles suddenly approach, obstacles hinder the driver's sight, etc. First of all, you need to slow down and be ready to brake in case of any situation. You should also hold the steering wheel and return to the original Lane in time in case of crosswind. Turn on the lights and horn around the car if necessary to keep a safe distance from the front of the car. If the wind is too strong, choose the nearby underground garage or open parking lot and wait for the wind to decrease before driving on the road.
3. If driving in the urban area, when encountering windy weather, try to avoid the buildings when driving, so as to prevent the objects falling from high places from hitting the vehicle or the personnel in the vehicle. You should also be careful when passing billboards, trucks stopped by the roadside, and scaffolds on the construction site, which may be blown down by the wind.
4. In addition to these things, we should also pay attention to pedestrians and non motor vehicles. They will not move very steadily in windy days, so try to keep a greater safety distance from them than usual. The best way is to drive in an open area. If there is no such condition, you should control the speed as much as possible, and drive in the middle lane without easy falling obstacles.
5. If you are driving at a high speed, try to find a high-speed service area to stop for shelter, or find a high-speed exit to leave the highway as soon as possible. Vehicles on high speed travel faster, the body will be affected by unbalanced wind, rollover accident is easy to occur. In addition to holding on to the steering wheel and keeping the car body from going off the lane, you should also slow down and pay attention to the cars and trucks nearby. If the wind resistance coefficient is very high, the truck itself will shake under the influence of the wind, and the goods may also be blown away by the wind. The truck can be allowed to go ahead, and the safe distance between vehicles can be widened and the driving sections can be staggered.
