Australia
Since the international border was closed on March 20, Australia has still imposed a travel ban, and residents have to obtain an exemption from the Ministry of the interior to leave the country.
Recently, Simon Birmingham, Minister of trade and tourism of Australia, said that although Australia has not yet opened its border, it is likely to reopen its border with the Asia Pacific region in a few months.
Ireland

Greece

New regulations on entry and exit
The Greek civil aviation authority issued the latest new regulations on entry and exit on November 8. From 6:00 a.m. on November 11 to November 30, all passengers entering Greece by flight must hold the nucleic acid test negative certificate within 72 hours.

Malta

New regulations on entry and exit

1. Entry from safe list countries:
1) Schengen ID or valid visa.
2) Since July 11, safe list countries (including China) do not need isolation or nucleic acid testing when they arrive in Malta
2. Entry from non security list or emergency list countries:
1) ID or residence permit in Malta.
2) If you have not lived in a safe country for more than 14 days, you need to provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate when entering Malta, or you need to be isolated for 14 days after testing at the Maltese airport.

Spain
Spain's Ministry of Health recently announced that from November 23, passengers from 65 risk countries and regions are required to produce DNA test (PCR) negative certificate within 72 hours before arriving in Spain. Previously, measures such as temperature measurement and health declaration for all passengers remained unchanged.
No need to fill in the list of nucleic acid entry risk from China.
Britain and other eight countries
The Chinese embassies in the UK, France, Belgium, Russia, the Philippines, India, Ukraine, Bangladesh and other countries respectively issued notices on November 4 and 5, suspending the entry of personnel from these countries with currently valid Chinese visa and residence permits for work, private affairs and reunion.
Official visa holders are not affected by the word "C" or "C". Foreigners who really have special and urgent needs to go to China can apply to the Chinese embassy (consulate) for a visa. Entry to China with a visa issued after November 3, 2020 will not be affected.
Japan
Japan announced that it would lift the travel suspension warning against China and exclude China from the "countries that refuse entry in principle".
From November 1, China will no longer need to conduct nucleic acid test within 72 hours before leaving for Japan before the qualified holders enter. After arriving in Japan, people from these countries and regions, regardless of nationality, will not need to conduct nucleic acid test in the airport and wait for the test results, but they will still have to be isolated at home and hotel for 14 days.
From November 8, Chinese and foreign passengers taking flights from Japan to China must present the negative certificate of nucleic acid test of new coronavirus and negative certificate of serum specific IgM antibody test within 2 days before boarding (subject to sampling date).
Singapore
The Singapore Civil Aviation Authority announced on October 29th that it will lift the entry restrictions on passengers from Chinese mainland and resume tourism activities between November 6th and November 6th.
From October 30th, China's mainland passengers can start applying for air passes. Before departure, passengers must stay in mainland China for at least 14 consecutive days and only take a non-stop flight to Singapore.
the Philippines
The Philippines announced that some travel restrictions will be relaxed from November 1. Foreigners holding investment visa can enter the country on the premise of booking qualified quarantine facilities in advance and complying with the regulations on the number of people entering the country at the port on that day and relevant laws and regulations. Philippine citizens do not need to be tested for new coronal antigen.
Malaysia
On the afternoon of November 7, chitta, Penang, Perak, semeland, Malacca, Johor and dengjialou and other States implemented a four week "conditional action control order" from November 9 to December 6 to cope with the recent increasingly serious new crown epidemic. In addition, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Sabah, which are implementing the above-mentioned control order, will be automatically extended for 28 days to December 6. So far, most of the states in Malaysia have taken more stringent control measures.
Cambodia
The Cambodian government implemented new immigration measures on November 18. China's novel coronavirus pneumonia certificate issued by the Ministry of health of Kampuchea is a health certificate issued by the embassy and consulate in Cambodia, which is issued by the Ministry of health in the country, and confirmed by the health department within 72 hours of the arrival of the new crown pneumonia. The foreign business people, staff, experts and technicians who have been guaranteed from China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, the United States, and the European Union are required to hold the valid certificate issued by the embassy and consulate in Thailand. The letter of guarantee for payment issued and approved by the government of Cambodia.
U.S.A
On November 12, us time, American Airlines has reopened its passenger flights to China. This will also increase the total number of flights between us airlines and China to 10 per week.
At present, in addition to American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines operate four flights to and from China each week. Delta now operates four Sino US flights a week, and two international flights from Detroit to Shanghai and Seattle to Shanghai (both stop at Incheon Airport in Seoul). United Airlines also maintains four flights from Shanghai to San Francisco every Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
New Zealand
The Chinese Embassy in New Zealand recently issued a notice that in view of the fact that New Zealand testing institutions do not have the conditions to provide the public with IgM antibody test of new coronavirus serum, in order to take care of passengers' concerns, the requirement of "double negative certificate" has been changed to: passengers who take flights to China after 0:00 on November 7 apply for health certificate with two PCR negative reports within two days Code.
